It was really good time in Mayaguez. Appreciated my 1 night stay. The hotel had a central position close enough to Puerto Rico as well as the beaches. Overall the service was excellent!

Brand-new property, clean, good service and good value. They gave us a king room with a great view of the ocean, king bed, an added sofabed. It was non-smoking, and employees were respectful.
Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Location and food were superb, I had an enjoyable experience here. I booked a room with a so so comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a work desk and a couch bed. Bfast staff was the real gem of this hotel.
